Hot water issues during peak times!!! More seating by the pool would enhance relaxation!!! Consider switching cleaning schedules to avoid disturbances early in the morning!!!

missingWrote a review on Jul 27outdoor poollush gardencomplimentary mini bartransportation inconvenience
The hotel features a spacious outdoor pool designed to resemble a beach, perfect for cooling off during warm days. An impressive garden surrounds the property, providing a refreshing escape from the bustling atmosphere. The complimentary mini bar in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room adds a nice touch to the stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel is quite a distance from key attractions, making transportation a bit of a hassle unless you rely on the scheduled shuttle service, which can be inconvenient at times. Finding a decent restaurant nearby is challenging, leading to reliance on the hotel’s dining options, which fall short in variety and freshness for buffets. Breakfast, for instance, lacks replenishment and has had inconsistent quality, making the morning feel chaotic rather than relaxing.

I had a solid experience at A.Roma Lifestyle. The outdoor pool was fantastic for cooling off in the summer heat. Breakfast had a lot of variety, especially the desserts, making it a delightful way to start the day. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfy bed perfect for relaxing after day-long explorations in Rome. However, the air conditioning was temperamental. It took too long for repairs, which made the first night quite uncomfortable. Also, the shuttle service could be better organized. I had some difficulty locating the pickup points. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The spa services were top-notch, providing great relaxation after a busy day. I loved the free minibar service too. it felt like a nice touch for a place like this. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but a few tweaks could elevate the stay significantly.

Had an amazing time with friends! The kids loved the spacious play area with games and small tables. The shuttle to the city is super convenient and inexpensive. Breakfast is a must for all the variety! I'd definitely suggest dining at the buffet in the evenings.
Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the spa since it closed a bit early. Would've loved to relax there after a long day out.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The staff showed great attentiveness, especially when they sent a complimentary get well treat to my room after seeing my injury. The hotel grounds, managed beautifully, offered a serene space to enjoy nature, particularly the view from the terrace lounge. The breakfast buffet featured a solid variety of options that impressed during the initial days.
The check-in wait, though normal, could be streamlined.
